Training at RENK
Many of our employees began their careers as trainings in our own training facilities.
During the course of day-to-day operations in areas where they may be working later on, junior members of staff learn our production and assembly from the ground up and gain first-hand experience in all of the tasks that need to be completed as full-fledged members of the team.
We offer our trainees modern training facilities and all of the advantages of a company with an international focus, including exciting projects, flexible working hours, assignments abroad, and a broad range of decision-making opportunities. Ongoing training and further education in the future also await you at RENK.
Please bear in mind that we need to receive your application at least twelve months before you are planning to start your training so we can take you into account when filling our training places.
